Can anyone do TRX Training? Yes, it’s suitable for everyone as the exercises can be tailored to all fitness levels and you are only using your bodyweight.
TRX Functional Training
TRX Functional Training is a circuit class, where you have 30 seconds performing the best quality reps you can of a movement with 10 seconds or rest. Usually 3 rounds of TRX exercises with a minute of HIIT between each round. I like to add a Challenge move at the end of my class, usually to failure (or 1 minute max). Plus incorporate a partner exercise drill.
TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
TRX Yoga Flow
TRX Yoga Flow is a 30 minute workout of yoga poses performed with the TRX Suspension Trainer to assist and challenge traditional poses. The aim is to make advanced poses more accessible by eliminating the ‘fear of falling’ and guiding you toward optimal alignment.
