Duration: 10 weeks
Dates: Monday, 14th October to Friday, 20th December
Fitness: Unlimited Classes! (Come to as many classes as you can in the 10 weeks)
Nutrition: 4 x weekly meal plans, 41 family friendly Low Carb High Fat recipes, weekly weigh-ins
Support: Unlimited Online Support (I will be there by your side via email and facebook answering your questions and providing you with the support you need to reach your goal)
